Cinnamon Boutice Cookery Class.

Cinnamon Boutice Cookery Class was started by Nalini Verma who has an experriance of teaching cooking for 30 years. Cinnamon conducts speciality cooking classes on a variaty of Indian cusines like Moughlai, Punjabi, Kerala, Chttinad. Pouplar cusines like Chinese, Thai, Continental, Bakery and Confectionary, Deserts, Chocolate Making etc. Hundreads of young girls and house wives have learned the nuances of cooking through Nalinis classes. Every month classes on different topics are conducted there are : -

1. The 15day hands on sessions which covers an entire range of cooking Indian ,Chinese, Continental and Bakeing , covering upto 75 dishes during the course.

2. 2--5 Day sessions are also there where 8-15 recepies are taught.

  3. The one day classes are there on nearly all topics like cakes, Bread making, Deserts, Chinese , Dosa class, Biriyanis and Pulaos, Party cooking, Continental cooking etc. In these classes 8-10 dishes are taught.

White choco truffle, Cofee truffle, Butter scotch choco, Fudge, Chocochip icecream Blueberry cheese cake, Souffle etc
2) Chineese Cooking (1 day class 6 items ) 11th May
Sichuan chilly prawns, Chicken with cashunuts&chillies , Soup,Singapore noodles, Vegetables hunan etc
3) Cakes & Icings (5 classes 20 items) 13th May
Choco truffle cake, Black forest, Butter scotch, Blue berry cake , Cup cakes , chocochip cooky, Tart Browni , Fresh creamicing , Chocolate ganache, Fondant icing etc.
4) Continetal cooking(1 day class 6 items) 18th May
Grilled herb chicken, Baked fish, cheese soufflé, Pasta salad etc
5) Pastas & Pizza (2 classes 8 items ) 20th May
Penne in arabitta sauce, Spinach & Corn lasagna, Spicy chicken pizza, Crispy fried chicken ,   pie , Cheese quiche etc
